Lodgy is a small hotel suite intended for the dispersed type of resort. The suite is equipped with only one open-space bedroom and a smaller multi-purpose corner. Its main feature is a large double glass thermopane wall, offering amazing views right from the moment you open your eyes. This kind of product optimization makes its production fast, and the price consequently more favorable. Since the suite does not have a bathroom, it is necessary to plan a separate joint unit at the resort, for which we already have a typical solution

PAYMENT OPTIONS
DEPOSIT: 1.800 EUR
By paying a non-refundable deposit, secure your place in the production of the first 10 sets of units. For the payment of the deposit, you will receive: a personal consultation, conceptual design of the resort with placement and 1 visualization for the project announcement.
50% ADVANCE BEFORE PRODUCTION
After confirmation of the conceptual design and the official final offer for the project, a contract is signed and a 50% advance payment is made to confirm the start of production.
30% BALANCE BEFORE SHIPPMENT
After the completion of production, which is confirmed by your visit or in another agreed way, a 30% difference is required to confirm delivery and transport.
20% BALANCE AFTER INSTALLATION
After the delivery and installation of the units at the agreed location, the project is completed. By signing the handover, you pay the remaining 20% of the project value.
